This was an incredible night of charity to assist diabetics within the community. On this night, we turned dreams into reality and awarded those making an impact in the community. Heeling Diabetes, Inc. traveled to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania in November of 2023 during Diabetes Awareness Month to provide the rural communities with free diabetic health screenings, supplies and education. We were able to assist over 200 people and diagnose around 20 diabetics with the help of medical professionals.
